Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our Retirement Sales Division as an Administrative Assistant!
About the role
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be supporting Executives by providing a wide range of administrative support and coordination to the daily function of the team.
What you will do
Calendar management, scheduling and preparation for meetings and presentations, expense reporting and reconciliation, and drafting emails and communications on behalf of Executives.
Resolve meeting conflicts and/or communicate scheduling changes to meeting owners.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, deck slides, and various other meeting preparations.
Compose and edit a variety of correspondence, reports, policies, forms, and other printed or electronic materials.
Support the team with event organization and other various tasks and projects.

Compensation
Salary Range: $22.00-$36.23 hourly plus eligibility for the company annual bonus program.
Who You Are:
High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
1+ year of administrative experience required.
Intentional with your day, detail oriented, self-motivated, and the ability to prioritize and organize tasks and workload.
Proactive and able to quickly anticipate needs of the team with a high level of follow up and responsiveness.
Approach your work with a high level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint and Word.
