We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders and servers to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Interact with guests to provide personalized service, recommend drinks, and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during catering events or banquets.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for reordering to management.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards related to food handling and alcohol service.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with experience in fine dining settings preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Proficiency in using cash registers and handling financial transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks during peak hours.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, especially during catering events or banquets.
