We're Hiring: Butcher (2 Full-Time Positions)
$19-$20/hr | 1-2 Years Experience Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the kitchen facility is kept clean and organized at all times during your shift, following sanitation standards. This includes cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment used in the butchering process.
- Protein Inventory Management: Accurately count and inspect all proteins (fish, chicken, veal) before and after prep to ensure stock levels and quality.
- Fish/Meat Preparation: Masterfully butcher whole fish, chicken, and veal according to company standards, ensuring precision and quality in every cut.
- Collaboration with Kitchen Team: Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure all protein products are prepped and ready for cooking based on operational needs.
- Safety Standards: Adhere to food safety regulations, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and maintained. Food handlers certificate a requirement
