Little bit about us: Dauphine’s is Long Shot Hospitality's grand and bustling celebration of New Orleans cuisine and culture, located in the heart of Downtown DC at the Midtown Center. Join a team of passionate, talented restaurant professionals all invested in providing memorable dining experiences built around authentic New Orleans inspired food, service, and hospitality. A true DC gem and favorite of locals and visitors alike!
Dauphine’s is a modern-day incarnation of the legendary Grande Dame establishments of New Orleans created by the award winning LSH team behind The Salt Line restaurants and Ometeo. Led by Executive Chef Douglas Alexander & Chef Partner Kyle Bailey, the beautifully spacious three level restaurant features both a raw bar and a boucherie bar. Mezzanine dining provides a dramatic view of the dining room below, while outdoor diners can enjoy both formal dining or casual cocktail & small bite service at the outdoor bar and garden area. Dauphine's serves dinner seven nights a week and brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
For the beverage program, Dauphine’s joins forces with proprietor Neal Bodenheimer of Cure Co., New Orleans’ acclaimed cocktail-focused hospitality group whose eponymous flagship, Cure, was the 2018 winner of the James Beard Award for Outstanding Cocktail Program.
We are seeking experienced and confident professional servers with a team oriented mindset and a true understanding of how to provide world class service and hospitality.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an upscale/fine dining high volume setting
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- Poise and grace under pressure
- A willingness and enthusiasm to learn
- Ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- TEAM oriented and positive mindset
- Open availability, including weekends & holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
