Join our dynamic team as a Banquet Server at First Class Workforce Solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences during events and functions. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing first-rate customer service, ensuring seamless event execution, and contributing to the overall success of our catering services.
Responsibilities:
· Set up banquet rooms as per event specifications, including table settings and decorations.
· Greeting and assisting guests during events, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
· Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail.
· Monitor and respond to guest needs to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
· Collaborate with the kitchen and catering staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
· Clear tables efficiently and reset them for subsequent courses or events.
· Always follow food service sanitation regulations along with health and safety guidelines.
· Assist with post-event clean-up and storage of equipment.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand and move for 8-hour shifts, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks.
· Ability to carry and balance serving trays with dinners.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
· Excellent stamina and agility to navigate crowded and fast-paced environments.
· Must be able to work in hot and humid environments.
Hiring Essentials:
· Proven experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar hospitality role.
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Knowledge of banquet service procedures and etiquette preferred.
· Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing event dynamics.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Must have reliable and consistent transportation.
· Must be eligible to work in the United States.
· Must be willing to submit to a Drug Test and Criminal Background Check.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
