Pearl Dive Oyster Palace and Black Jack (Washington, DC- Logan Circle) is now hiring bartenders!
Pearl Dive Oyster Palace is a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant with a heavy emphasis on fresh oysters and Louisiana fare. While Black Jack is our upstairs bar with a fun and casual environment, with a speakeasy bar (Tilt Side Bar). We have been a integral part of the 14th Street weekend and nightlife scene since 2011. We have not closed since the pandemic and have pivoted and adapted through all the changing regulations. We would like to open up for more capacity in our bars as Washington lifts restrictions. But we need reliable and fun loving bartenders to join our team!
Bartender candidates should possess the following qualities:
-A positive attitude with a guest focused mentality.
-Handle High Volume and good multitasking skills
-Knowledgeable in Beer, Wine, and Spirits
-A confident Mixologist
-Work well with others
-A true passion for food & wine.
-Enthusiasm for Pearl Dive's approach to seasonal regional cuisine.
-Food, wine & service knowledge. -At least 1-year restaurant experience in an upscale environment.
-Weekend and AM availability.
-Capable of lifting 50 pounds
-Most importantly, must work well with others!
