The starting salary that Lucet reasonably expects to pay for this position ranges from $63,000 - $73,000 annually, PLUS an annual performance-based, discretionary . Compensation is dependent on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills, education/degrees, certifications, prior experience, market data, and other relevant factors.

What You Will Do - Essential Functions
The Commercial Product Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the development, management, and optimization of commercial products and services at Lucet. This position will be responsible for analyzing market trends, performance data, and customer feedback to support the development and management of commercial products. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings, optimize performance, and drive customer satisfaction to align with organizational goals.
Data Analysis and Market Research: Conduct data analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance product performance, delivery, and roadmap prioritization, while collaborating with marketing and Customer Success teams.
Product Support: Own business cases to demonstrate the financial, clinical, operational, and strategic value of product opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives, develop product roadmaps, define requirements, and manage project planning and progress to align with business objectives.
Documentation and Communication: Prepare product documentation, including business cases, user stories, and functional specifications, and present findings and recommendations to internal teams and executive stakeholders, while creating materials and visuals for leadership presentations and resources.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Relevant internships or coursework is a plus.
0-2 years of experience in a related role; internships or academic projects are welcome.
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Ability to pass background check upon hire and throughout employment to include criminal felony & misdemeanor search, SSN validation/trace search (LEIE), education report (highest degree obtained), civil upper and lower search, 7-year employment report, federal criminal search, statewide criminal search, widescreen plus national criminal search, health care sanctions-state med (SAM), national sex offender registry, prohibited parties (OFAC) (terrorist watchlist), and a 10-Panel Drug Screen.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed from home with company-provided equipment. Sitting for long periods of time is expected and use of fingers and hands for typing is necessary.
A quiet workspace with minimal background noise for calls.
High-speed internet service (cable or fiber optic) with minimum download Speed of 20 Mbps, Upload Speed of 5 Mbps, and Maximum Latency of 100 milliseconds (must be installed before starting).
