JOB TITLE: Logistics Assistant
Logistics Assistant: A logistics analyst provides administrative support to the logistics, shipping, or transportation departments of a company. They help coordinate the daily operations of a warehouse facility. Their duties may include handling incoming shipments, documenting inventory, and resolving customer service issues.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience as a logistics assistant at a large warehouse.

Sound knowledge of shipping processes and metrics.

Excellent Excel skills required.

Ability to handle and maneuver fragile stock with ease.

Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills.
Outstanding organizational and investigative abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist department in carrying out various duties including:
- Provide clerical assistance to the Key Accounts Managers.

Compile records reports for the Sales Department.

Customer Service- A high level of customer service in all interactions with our wholesale partner - great customer service is your highest priority

Answer phones and provide customer assistance to brokers, customers and vendors when needed.

Organize and run business to business events (trade fairs)

Be the contact person for any customer requests regarding logistical issues or promotional matters

Plan customers meetings related to business negotiations and brands' promotion

Assist in the orders logistical monitoring and products after sales service

Great communication skills and the ability to work towards different departments and roles
