The Front Office Receptionist is integral to the dental office. They are the first person a patient sees when they walk in and the last one when they leave. Their job is to make people feel welcome and comfortable.

A Day in the Life of a Treatment Coordinator at District Dental Surgery

On any given day you can expect the following:

Arriving 15 minutes before your first patient to be ready to go for the day
Working with a driven team of dentists, hygienists, assistants and administrative professionals
Assisting in all administrative tasks at the front desk including answering phones and collecting payments
Attending to patient responsible collections in a timely manner
