As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding access to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for clients and their families. Your primary responsibility will involve guiding prospective clients through the enrollment process, providing information, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth transition into our program. This is a phone-intensive role that requires a high degree of confidence, communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Initiate and maintain communication with prospective clients and families via phone.

Clearly explain the benefits and processes of our ABA therapy programs.

Answer questions and address concerns from potential clients.

Guide families through the enrollment paperwork and requirements.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and enrollment progress.

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy, including delivering unfavorable news regarding eligibility or program fit.

Continuously learn and stay updated on ABA therapy best practices and program offerings.

Personality: Extremely outgoing and extroverted, with a natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a clear and engaging phone presence.

Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and deliver difficult news with composure and empathy.

Patience: Comfort and enjoyment with spending extended periods on the phone.

Empathy: A genuine desire to help families and clients access necessary services.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.

Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (or willingness to learn).

Bachelor's degree required; degree in Sales, Public Relations, Marketing, and/or Communication preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as FreshSales, Salesforce or Hubspot

Track record of being assertive, organized, and effective when interacting with referral sources and customers

Full-time salaried position, starting salary $50,000 - $60,000
