Job Overview:
We’re looking for a driven, energetic, and sales-savvy Assistant Manager to help lead our flagship Tysons Corner location. This role blends fitness, leadership, operations, and sales in a fun and supportive environment. You’ll help run the day-to-day business, lead a motivated team, and help members crush their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of studio performance, with focus on sales, operations, and member experience
- Drive membership growth through effective lead follow-up and sales conversion
- Recruit, train, and develop front desk staff
- Oversee studio systems: ClubReady, schedules, inventory, cleanliness, and branding
- Help track KPIs and implement strategies to hit and exceed revenue goals
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience in fitness membership sales, health clubs, or subscription services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passionate about health and fitness, and getting success for our members
- Always looking to improve through learning and development
- Comfortable setting targets, analyzing performance, and optimizing team results
- Skilled with CRM and POS systems (ClubReady experience a plus)
- Organized, adaptable, and motivated by achievement
