Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Description: The main focus of the Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist position is to focus on customer service and support the doctor with daily duties and treatment. The position would focus on the combination of organizing, coordinating, data entry, maintaining supplies. This person must be motivated and have the drive to begin a career with a company where there is room for growth. Everyone at this position has been promoted to a higher position within the company. All training will be provided by the clinic manager, in house. The main duties are not limited to the list below and are not in order of importance or magnitude.

Dealing with daily enquiries via phone, emailing and directing queries to the relevant member of staff or department.
Receive incoming calls.
Providing general administrative support, such as paperwork, data entry, scanning, photocopying, printing and faxing.
Managing and organizing our patient record system.
Monitoring office supplies and ordering.
Completing all administrative processes and procedures in adherence to company standards and policy.
Supporting members of staff with workload and tasks as requested.

Requirements:

High School Diploma
Medical Assistant certification/license
Ability to take direction
Above average communication skills
Capability of learning quickly
Exceeds in a fast pace learning/work environment
