Responsibilities

Conduct sales activities to identify and engage potential clients
Assist in business development efforts by generating leads through various channels including cold calling and networking.
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Utilize systems to track interactions with clients and maintain accurate records of sales activities
Participate in product demos and presentations to showcase offerings effectively.
Support territory management by identifying opportunities within assigned regions
Engage in sales efforts, including up-selling products and services to existing customers
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies

Skills

Negotiation skills with a focus on customer service excellence
Ability to conduct market analysis to identify potential growth areas
Experience in lead generation techniques, including cold calling and direct sales strategies
