Part-Time Admin Assistant– Primrose School of Fairfax

Do you have a passion for early childhood education and a heart for helping children, families, and teachers succeed? At Primrose School of Fairfax, we are seeking a warm, dedicated, and organized Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our leadership team and help guide our school community.

What You’ll Do:
As an Office Admin Assistant, you will work alongside the School Director to:
Welcome and check-in visitors, ensuring security protocols are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office.
Greet parents, children, and visitors warmly and professionally.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle inquiries about enrollment, tuition, and schedules.
Assist the Director with maintaining student files, attendance records, and immunization/medical documentation.
Assist with ordering and managing office and classroom supplies
Support the Director with calendar management, scheduling tours, and appointments if needed

What We’re Looking For:

CDA or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead with warmth, professionalism, and positivity
A flexible, team-oriented approach
A true love for working with children and supporting families
