We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your role will also involve maintaining the bar area, managing inventory, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes or customer preferences.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their drink selections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding alcohol service and food handling.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for the food industry and willingness to help create memorable experiences for guests.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
- Weekday availability is highly preferred

Pay: $16.67 - $17.97 per hour
