Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including corporate functions, weddings, and fundraisers.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
- Collaborate with vendors and team members to ensure all event logistics are executed smoothly.
- Set up and break down event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations as needed.
- Support fundraising efforts by engaging with guests and promoting event activities.
- Maintain an organized inventory of event supplies and equipment.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy event days.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with banquet operations or restaurant settings is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
