Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of craft beers, cocktails, and other beverages to guests
- Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails using fresh ingredients and modern techniques
- Take orders and interact with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about our offerings
- Adhere to all legal and safety regulations regarding the service of alcohol
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Upsell and promote featured beers, cocktails, and menu items
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for guests
- Stay updated on industry trends, new beverage releases, and evolving mixology techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, and supplies
- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming promotions, events, and special offerings
- Collaborate with the team to create a lively and engaging atmosphere, ensuring a vibrant and welcoming bar environment
- Continuously clean and sanitize glassware, bar tools, and workstations to meet health and safety standards
