Job Overview
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer experiences within our financial environment. You will support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring that our store meets its sales objectives. What you’ll do

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
Lead, train, and motivate team members to excel in their roles and achieve sales targets
Oversee inventory management processes, including stock replenishment and merchandising strategies
Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, resolve issues, and promote products effectively
Collaborate with the Sales Manager on budgeting, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
Conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to build a strong sales team
Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling, payroll, and administrative tasks

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager
Strong communication skills with a knack for customer service excellence

Preferred qualifications

Experience with inventory control and retail math principles
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions
