Server Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks promptly to guests
- Clear tables, remove used dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle guest payments and process transactions efficiently
- Address guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
Bartender Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Manage cash, tabs, and payment transactions accurately
- Stock and organize bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service practices
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and wash glassware
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the drink and cocktail menu
Combined Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Assist with opening, closing, and shift change duties
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
