About the Role:
As a
Tier 1 IT Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with
technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. This role includes a mix of
remote support and occasional onsite visits for clients in the
Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area.
What You’ll Do:
✅
Respond to and resolve Level 1 IT support tickets via phone, email, and remote tools
✅ Troubleshoot
Windows & Mac workstations, printers, and basic network issues
✅ Assist with
Microsoft 365 administration (password resets, user management, basic troubleshooting)
✅ Provide
basic cybersecurity guidance and enforce security policies
✅ Help clients with
software installation, updates, and general IT support needs
✅ Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/Tier 3 as needed
✅
Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience is a plus!)
Strong knowledge of
Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Experience with
Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and troubleshooting common IT issues
Excellent
customer service and communication skills
Ability to
work independently and as part of a team
Located in the
DMV area and available for occasional onsite visits
