Dennis Associates Group, LLC located in Centreville, Virginia is looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and customer service skills to serve as Administrative Assistant.

The position is very deadline driven therefore the successful candidate must be able to work efficiently.

You should be customer service focused, flexible and solution oriented. Eager to learn and possessing outstanding organizational and time management skills.

This is a part-time position with the possibility of transition to full time.

Job Duties:

· Assist with overall administrative activities for the company.

· Draft/write letters, memorandums, and other correspondence.

· Oversee communication of sensitive client data and information.

· Run errands locally therefore candidate must own a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.

Essential Skills:

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented and stressful environment.

· Ability to work with individuals from different social, cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Able to work independently with limited supervision.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Must have good command of the English language, oral and written.

· Must have outstanding Customer Service skills.

· Must be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and willing to provide support company wide.

· Supreme attention to details and accuracy.

· Strong communication skills and problem solving.

Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma
