Job Role: Administrative Assistant

Location: Jessup, MD

Max Pay Range: $27/hr. to $29/hr.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

REQUIRED

Associates degree or equivalent experience (ten years total office experience; three years of experience working for executive-level managers).
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite software.
Knowledge of Windows-based Electronic Mail and data communications.
Strong mathematical aptitude with the ability to perform complex calculations and analyze numerical data.
Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads.
High attention to detail and strong grammar and proofreading skills.
Reliable team player, with good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

DESIRED

Experience with DoD travel regulations, including Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Defense Travel System (DTS) and GSA per diem rates.
Proficiency in PeopleSoft and experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Knowledge of web-based applications/conferencing.
