As a Bartender, you will be an essential part of our vibrant team, crafting refreshing drinks, providing exceptional hospitality, and sharing your enthusiasm for food and drinks with our patrons.
Duties
- Drink Preparation: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following health and safety regulations. Ensure glasses, utensils, and tools are sanitized and well stocked.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process customer payments, handle cash, and maintain an organized cash register, ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.
- Guest Interaction: Deliver true hospitality by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and providing thoughtful recommendations based on their preferences. Strive to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Generous Attitude: Approach eery guest interaction with a generous spirit. Be willing to go above and beyond to ensure that every patron feels valued and appreciated.
- Health and Safety Standards: Adhere to and execute all health and safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff. This includes following guidelines for food handling, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service and maintain a smooth flow of operations.
- Willingness to Learn: Stay updated on beverage trends, new drink recipes, and Taco Bamba's menu offerings. Be open to training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
- Taco Enthusiasm: Share your love for tacos with guests. Be knowledgable about our taco offerings and able to recommend pairings with drinks to elevate their dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing bar inventory, reporting shortages, and ensuring proper stock levels to meet demands.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with an interest in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Physical Qualifications
- Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must be able to crouch
- Must be able to lift 25+ lbs

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
