Responsibilities:
- Ability to motivate and cultivate a team
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee and manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and ordering
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and provide exceptional service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of market trends and competition to make informed business decisions
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
