The AT&T Representative plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while generating new business for AT&T’s cutting-edge telecommunications and technology solutions. In this role, you will serve as the face of the brand, working directly with customers to understand their needs, offer personalized solutions, and consistently exceed sales targets.

You’ll work closely with fellow AT&T Representatives and the sales leadership team to develop strategies that drive performance and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Representative:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, representing AT&T with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Drive sales of AT&T telecommunications and technology products by engaging with customers and identifying their unique needs
- Educate customers on product offerings, current promotions, and the long-term value of AT&T services
- Collaborate with other AT&T Representatives and team leaders to analyze sales strategies and maximize performance
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to enhance the sales process
- Use negotiation and upselling techniques to increase customer acquisition and overall account value
- Participate in daily training and coaching sessions with senior AT&T Representatives to develop skills in leadership, communication, and closing sales
- Stay informed on market trends and consumer behavior to better position AT&T solutions and adapt your approach
- Work cross-functionally with sales and management teams to continuously refine outreach efforts and campaign execution
Qualifications for an AT&T Representative:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or account management role is preferred
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, or AT&T Representative is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with customers and collaborate with the AT&T Representative team
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the office and assigned work areas as needed
- A drive to take on challenges, grow professionally, and advance into leadership opportunities as an AT&T Representative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
