Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service or events
- Serve guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation and service areas
- Handle food items safely following proper food handling procedures
- Support catering and banquet events by setting up stations, serving guests, and managing supplies
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure efficient service during shifts
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food industry standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, including fine dining, catering, or banquet environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food preparation, serving, or dietary aide duties is a plus
- Hospitality or restaurant experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or special events as needed
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
