Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering settings is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events or catering services to ensure timely service delivery.
Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.

Skills

Proficiency in Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is preferred.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
Previous fine dining experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food service protocols.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Experience in the food industry, including food safety practices and food handling regulations.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Background in hospitality or retail math is beneficial for managing inventory and sales reports.
