Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional service throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to hospitality.

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using Toast POS or similar systems.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring all items are presented beautifully and meet food safety standards.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Support banquet operations as needed, ensuring events run smoothly and guests are well taken care of.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Familiarity with brewing processes is a plus for beverage service roles.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a nightclub or banquet setting.

Pay: $3.75 - $18.85 per hour
