Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and answering questions about drink options.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions—and accurately process payments.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices, including checking IDs for age verification.
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils efficiently to meet service demands during busy hours.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during events such as banquets, nightclubs, or catering functions.
- Uphold all food safety standards related to food handling and beverage preparation in compliance with health regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender in fast-paced environments such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering settings.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management.
- Previous experience preferred; experience in brewing or the food industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while delivering excellent service.

Pay: $60.00 - $150.00 per day
Expected hours: 16 per week
