Hi, skin is looking for a dedicated and personable Studio Coordinator to be the face of one of our studios, enhancing every client’s experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
What You’ll Do:As a Studio Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in supporting studio operations, driving membership sales, and ensuring each client enjoys a seamless, exceptional visit. This position is ideal for someone ready to help grow our community and connect with clients in a meaningful way.
Client Engagement & Experience:
- Provide a warm, welcoming environment where every client feels valued and understood.
- Address client feedback promptly to enhance retention and satisfaction, aligning each interaction with Hi, skin’s core values.
Support Studio Growth:
- Promote memberships, service upgrades, and product recommendations to help clients achieve their skincare goals.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily performance goals, contributing to the studio’s success by creating meaningful client relationships and encouraging brand loyalty.
Operational Assistance:
- Oversee front desk operations, including scheduling and appointment coordination to ensure a smooth, organized daily flow.
- Maintain a clean, inviting studio space and ensure every detail is in place to provide a premium client experience.
Community & Brand Representation:
- Work alongside the Studio Manager to cultivate an inclusive, positive environment for both clients and staff.
- Represent Hi, skin’s values with authenticity, helping foster community engagement and client loyalty.
What We’re Looking For:
- Client-Focused Professional: At least 2 year in a client-facing role, preferably in a front-desk or customer service setting. Membership-based business experience is a plus.
- Efficient Multitasker: Strong time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and tasks.
- Skincare Enthusiast: A passion for skincare and wellness, with a desire to expand your industry knowledge.
- Goal-Oriented Mindset: Excited by sales opportunities and motivated to earn commission-based incentives.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled at creating connections and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience every day.
