This is a pure sales role —20/20 software experience not required but a plus. Your sole focus is prospecting, building relationships, conducting showroom tours/consultations, negotiating, closing deals, and collecting retainers. Proven closers thrive here!

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, some cold call outreach, referrals, partnerships with contractors/builders/realtors, social media, and industry events.
- Qualify leads, schedule and conduct engaging showroom tours, in-home consultations, and presentations.
- Uncover client needs, present cabinet solutions (styles, lines, pricing), upsell add-ons, negotiate, and close sales.
- Collect retainers/deposits to kick off projects and ensure smooth handoff to our design team.
- Build long-term relationships for repeat/referral business.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets (project volume and revenue).
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Deliver outstanding service for 5-star reviews and referrals.
- Occasional evenings/weekends for client meetings, events, or job site visits.
Requirements
- Proven sales track record (2+ years preferred) in high-ticket sales ($10K+ deals), ideally home improvement, remodeling, kitchen/bath, cabinetry, or similar.
- Strong history of meeting/exceeding quotas and closing deals consistently.
- Outgoing, self-motivated, with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with prospecting and networking.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record (local travel required).
- Professional appearance (business casual) and strong work ethic.
- Background check required.
Preferred
- Existing network in Northern Virginia home improvement/remodeling.
- Experience selling to homeowners, contractors, or builders.
Compensation & Earnings Potential Your paycheck is in YOUR hands — base provides stability, but commissions and bonuses reward performance directly.
- Base Salary: $50,000 annually (paid bi-weekly).
- Commission: 3% of gross profit on each cabinet project you sell and that is installed/completed (calculated monthly upon project final payment and 5-star rating alignment). No cap — earn more by closing higher-volume/higher-margin deals.
- Bonuses: Quarterly performance bonuses for exceeding targets (e.g., pipeline growth, consistent closes, high customer satisfaction). Accelerators for top months.
- Total Compensation: Realistic Year 1: $80,000–$120,000+ for solid performers (base + commissions). Top closers: $150,000+ (or more) with consistent effort — many in similar roles hit six figures by handling 4–6 projects/month at average $30K–$40K project value. Your results drive your earnings — the sky's the limit!
