Overview
I’m seeking a highly organized, proactive assistant to support me with executive-level administrative and personal logistics. This is a precision role, not a task-dumping role. You’ll help reduce mental load, streamline communication, and keep priorities moving.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Schedule events, appointments. Maintain organized records and databases for clients and properties.

Key Responsibilities

Email triage (flag, draft, organize, follow up)
Calendar management (confirmations, buffers, reminders)
Social Media Posts
Lead Generation
Create Maintain Marketing Plans
Planning/Executing Events to promote businesses
Website Updates
Tracking follow-ups (clients, vendors, personal)
Organizing documents, links, and notes
Database management and Data Analysis
Weekly priority check-ins and summaries
Light, approved research only

I know what needs my attention—without digging
Deadlines and follow-ups don’t slip
My inbox and calendar feel calm and intentional
You anticipate needs instead of waiting for instructions

Requirements

Proven executive or senior administrative experience
Excellent written communication
Strong judgment and discretion
Comfortable with time tracking
Detail-oriented and proactive
Experience in Real Estate a plus

Email (Gmail or Outlook)
Google Docs/Drive
Toggl or Clockify (required)
Calendar tools
Wix
HubSpot or other CRM Tool

Important
This role is capped at 6 hours per week. Time tracking is required—not for micromanagement, but to maintain clarity and budget discipline.
