About Us: McKenzie Contracting is a growing construction company dedicated to quality work and strong customer relationships. We’re looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle lead intake from calls, emails, and inquiries
Qualify leads and gather necessary project details
Enter and manage customer information in our CRM system
Create and organize job folders for upcoming projects
Assist with general office tasks and administrative support
Assist with social media posts on different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc..)

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
Comfortable with social media platforms and video/photo editing apps (CapCut)
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
Ability to perform basic office tasks such as:
Filing
Printing
Scanning
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks

Preferred (but not required):

Previous experience in an office or administrative role
Familiarity with CRM systems
Experience in construction or service-based industries
