CHS Traffic Control is looking for Crew Members (Traffic Flaggers) in your area to help keep our communities moving safely. As an entry-level crew member, you’ll play a vital role in setting up and maintaining construction work zones. No experience? No problem—we provide paid training!

What You Need to Succeed:
- Valid ID (Drivers License Preferred)
- Reliable Transportation
- Availability Monday-Friday, day time/night time shifts (Some weekends Required)
- Comfortable standing 8-12 hours/day, walking 1-2 miles/day, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Safety Toe Boots
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
Your Responsibilities:
- Direct traffic safely around construction sites to ensure the safety of workers and the public.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- A focus on both safety and maintaining a professional demeanor
- Collaborate with team members to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Report any hazards or incidents to supervisors promptly.
