You will handle inbound and outbound customer service calls from an established customer base while answering questions and providing consultation on pricing, service plans and billing issues.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will perform a wide variety of responsibilities to assist our customers and our team. You will use your communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional service.

Specific duties include:

Assisting customers in person and over the phone
Completing the new account set up process
Managing special projects as assigned
Updating and distributing daily pricing
Responsible for taking cash, checks, and credit card payments from walk-in customers and team members
Assisting with service parts and contacting customers
Working with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Assisting the General Manager or Client Care Management as requested
And other duties as assigned

Requirements:

As an Administrative Assistant, you must be pleasant and professional with an engaging personality and possess the ability to function equally well both independently and in a team environment. You must be detail oriented and focused, with a flexible and adaptable nature. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills, along with the ability to interact effectively with both customers and coworkers.

Specific qualifications include:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 years in a customer-facing role; prior experience an administrative assistant preferred
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
Excellent telephone, organizational, and written skills
Computer proficient, including Word and Excel. Knowledge of Adds Energy and Salesforce Preferred.
Must be flexible for weekday shifts, with the ability to work overtime as needed.
