Tickler’s Crab Shack & Restaurant at Wylder Hotel Tilghman Island specializes in relaxed waterfront dining, wedding weekends, corporate events, social gatherings & other events. As one of the few waterfront crab decks left in the area, we pride ourselves on our brand, food, atmosphere & ability to uphold the long-standing Eastern Shore traditions of family, food & fun in a laid-back environment. While also providing first class service & dining experiences. We have a 9.5-acre property in the heart of Tilghman Island, with 50 hotel rooms, pool, sauna, lawn games & fire pits. With each operating seasonally, we have multiple restaurant & bar spaces that are used in a variety of ways.

- Expo/ Food RunnerResponsibilities:
- Execute recipes with precision and consistency
- Comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, friendly, and organized kitchen
- Respond quickly to all changes
- Optimize use of ingredients and minimize waste
- Set up & clean up following opening & closing proceduresSkills:
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Quick learner
- Enjoys fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask & not get flustered
- Problem solve on the fly
- Can lift up to 50lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time
Experience: Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
Willing to train
Schedule: Weekends & Holidays required
