The store manager position is not to be take lightly, as it is a big commitment. Candidates must be willing to work open to close on each day of business and have excellent customer service skills. The job would consist of using a point of sale system at the register, taking phone calls, and occasionally working in the warehouse loading customer's vehicles and stocking feeds, fertilizers, etc. Forklift and pallet jack experience are an added bonus, but not required. Inventory management is also very important in this position. Basically, we need somebody who is willing to pitch in wherever needed.
