Car Sales Professional – Produce or Don’t Apply
We are looking for an experienced, aggressive Car Salesperson who can step in, learn inventory quickly, and start generating results immediately.
If you “like cars,” this isn’t enough.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will be expected to build value quickly, overcome objections confidently, and close deals daily.
If you need hand-holding, this is not your place.
What You’re Here to Do
- Master our inventory — know every vehicle, trim, and advantage
- Conduct powerful walk-arounds that create urgency
- Follow up relentlessly with leads, past customers, and fresh traffic
- Build repeat and referral business
- Work with marketing to convert leads into appointments and deals
- Set up the lot/showroom to maximize visibility and promotions
- Structure strong, profitable deals with the Finance Manager
- Present numbers confidently and defend value
- Overcome objections without folding
- Close the deal, complete contracts, offer warranties/financing, collect payment, and deliver the vehicle
Bottom line: Close.
What We Require
- High school diploma/GED
- Strong communication skills (in person, phone, online)
- Excellent negotiation ability
- Strong computer skills (CRM, email, deal structuring)
- Understanding of equity, vehicle values, depreciation, and auto regulations
- Previous car sales experience is a plus
- Virginia car sales license
