Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks, to deliver goods to designated locations.
- Sometimes load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring all materials are handled with care.
- Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs as required by the company.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist with moving items as needed, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the vehicle at all times.
Skills
- Experience as a box truck driver or courier is a plus.
- Ability to load and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
- Speak English efficiently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining delivery logs and schedules.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
