Field Implementation Technician – Restaurant POS
F3 Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Field Implementation Technician to install, support, and maintain restaurant POS systems in the field.

Install, repair, and maintain POS systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Provide onsite and remote support
Train customers and document service work
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus)
POS, IT, or field service experience (restaurant experience a plus)
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
Must be 21+
Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight hours
Lift up to 50 lbs
Climb ladders and work at heights up to 30 ft
Stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
Work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions
$21+/hr (DOE) + overtime
