Looking for a serving job with great hours, great guests, and strong earning potential? Corah’s Corner is a lively neighborhood restaurant and bar in the heart of St. Michaels known for fresh, locally sourced food, craft cocktails, and a fun community vibe. As we head into the busy season, we’re looking for friendly, energetic servers to join our team for daytime shifts. Our sunny deck and busy tourist crowd mean that daytime can be one of the most profitable shifts of the day when the weather is beautiful and the town is buzzing.
Pay: $22–$35+ per hour (including tips). Base pay $3.63/hour + tips (Maryland tipped wage). Servers keep 100% of their tips. During peak season and busy deck service, many of our servers earn well above the listed average thanks to generous guests and a high-volume daytime crowd.
Shift: Daytime Server, approximately 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to earn great money while still having their evenings free. Perfect for hospitality professionals who prefer daytime shifts, parents who want to be home for evenings, or servers who thrive in a busy, upbeat environment.
What You’ll Do: Provide friendly, attentive service to guests; guide guests through our menu featuring fresh seafood, seasonal dishes, and craft cocktails; work efficiently during busy shifts while keeping service warm and welcoming; and work as part of a supportive team to create a great experience for every guest.
What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and strong work ethic, someone who enjoys engaging with guests and creating a fun experience, the ability to stay organized and move quickly in a fast-paced environment, and team players who show up ready to work and support one another. Previous serving experience preferred. Servers who take pride in great hospitality and know how to keep tables happy and drinks flowing tend to do especially well here.
