Extreme Crane & Rigging is hiring a Forklift Operator / Yard Associate to support daily operations in our equipment yard. This role helps keep crane and rigging equipment organized, loaded, and ready for jobs. If you’re comfortable operating equipment and working in an active yard environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move rigging gear, crane components, and materials
- Load and unload trucks and trailers safely
- Organize and stage equipment for upcoming jobs
- Assist with shipping and receiving by checking deliveries and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized yard and warehouse area
- Perform basic equipment inspections and report issues
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment
- Experience in construction, warehouse, or equipment yard environments preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
- Comfortable working outdoors in an active yard environment
- Reliable, organized, and able to work as part of a team
- Forklift certification preferred
Pay: $23.48 - $28.27 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 50.0 per week
