We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager - Restaurant to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Duties

Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding food service and customer experiences.
Oversee daily operations including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently.
Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies.
Supervise staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills in food handling, safety procedures, and customer service excellence.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas.
Handle shift management responsibilities including scheduling, supervising staff performance, and resolving operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
Demonstrated supervisory experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles.
Knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively.
Experience in managing budgets, conducting interviews, and overseeing shift operations.
