Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager - Restaurant to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Duties
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding food service and customer experiences.
- Oversee daily operations including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies.
- Supervise staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills in food handling, safety procedures, and customer service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle shift management responsibilities including scheduling, supervising staff performance, and resolving operational issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles.
- Knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively.
- Experience in managing budgets, conducting interviews, and overseeing shift operations.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
