We are currently seeking a Pastry Cook to join our culinary team in Reston, VA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented culinary professional who is passionate about desserts, presentation, and consistency in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and execute desserts according to Pisco y Nazca recipes and standards
- Assist in daily pastry production and plating for service
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality of all dessert items
- Prepare ingredients, portion desserts, and support service needs
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with organization, labeling, and storage of pastry ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service execution
What We're Looking For
- Previous pastry or dessert production experience preferred
- Experience in high-volume restaurant kitchens is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- English communication skills preferred
