We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on General Manager to lead a vibrant Mediterranean restaurant focused on exceptional hospitality and memorable dining experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Foster a hospitality-driven culture that reflects the energy, generosity, and spirit of Mediterranean dining
- Hire, train, and mentor team members, creating a positive and supportive work environment
- Ensure the dining room atmosphere, service flow, and overall guest experience are consistently exceptional
- Engage with guests, respond to feedback, and build lasting relationships within the community
- Oversee scheduling and daily team coordination to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead by example on the floor, maintaining a visible and active presence during service
Ideal Background
- 5–10+ years of experience in restaurant leadership roles (General Manager / Assistant General Manager) in full-service dining environments
- Strong passion for hospitality and guest-focused service
- Experience leading and developing teams in a positive, high-energy environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
