One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate team at our headquarters in Alexandria, VA. This in-office, part-time role supports day-to-day office operations, provides administrative assistance to internal teams, and assists with basic financial tasks. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can efficiently manage administrative responsibilities while supporting clerical finance functions.

Office & Administrative Support:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and maintain a professional office environment
Manage incoming calls, mail, and general correspondence
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal office logistics
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and overall organization
Provide administrative support to leadership, including the President & CEO

Administrative Assistant Corporate Support:

Assist with basic data entry and administrative tracking tasks
Support timesheet reminders and general internal follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative needs

Administrative Assistant Required Qualifications:

Previous administrative or office support experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
High level of professionalism and discretion

Administrative Assistant Preferred:

Experience in a corporate or government contracting environment
Experience supporting executives or leadership teams
