Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is seeking a Front of House Manager to join our Washington, DC leadership team.
Inspired by the vibrant culinary culture of Peru, Pisco y Nazca delivers bold flavors, fresh ceviches, and craft cocktails in a lively, high-energy environment. We are looking for a hospitality professional who leads from the floor, develops strong teams, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The Front of House Manager plays a key role in driving service standards, supporting team development, and ensuring consistent execution across all aspects of the guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house operations during service
- Ensure exceptional guest hospitality and resolve guest concerns with professionalism
- Train, coach, and mentor service team members
- Manage shift execution, staffing levels, and operational flow
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and organization
- Oversee cash handling, reporting, and administrative duties
- Support marketing initiatives and local community engagement
- Partner with the culinary and leadership teams to ensure seamless restaurant operations
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership presence and ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
