Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment (Must be 21 to pour alcohol). The ideal candidate will possess an inner desire to serve others, a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have the most enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, detail-oriented, and careful taking through orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming and clean atmosphere.
Duties
- Must be friendly, and love to make customers the center of focus.
- Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system.
- Provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including basic math for bill calculations and cash handling procedures.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Support host/host duties as needed,
- Uphold food safety standards and adhere to all sanitation guidelines within the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a server role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on a great guest experience/satisfaction.
- Must be 21 (due to pouring alcohol)
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous; training will be provided if necessary.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill processing.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.12 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
