Pinstack in Loudoun County is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to work side by side with the Restaurant Manager to make sure our many guests are getting taken care of and that the Front of House staff is getting taken care of as well.
It is a fast paced, hands on position and applicants can expect to work nights and weekends since that is our busiest time. We close at 12:00 am Sunday through Thursday and 2:00am Friday and Saturday.

Primary Job Duties:
- Execute all of the job duties of the FOH department positions
- Ability to resolve larger guest service issues and manage on shift guest service standards
- Manage on shift labor efficiency and safety standards
- Coordinate/supervise training of new hires
- Manage cash control standards per company policies and accurately complete daily deposits
- Maintain or exceed all sales goals as directed by the FOH Manager
- Assist with team member scheduling per labor templates
- Assist with coordinating periodic deep cleaning and enforcing opening/closing procedures
- Assist with managing shift operations (cash control, safety, quality control, etc.)
- Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a manager
- Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- Must be comfortable climbing on a ladder
Special Requirements:
- Must be proficient in menu knowledge and food service basics
- Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate or other similar license per local code
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Obtain training certification per company policy
- Must possess a valid TABC or other legal license to sell/serve alcohol per local code
