Eleven Eleven Brewing Company is looking for reliable and efficient kitchen staff to join our team. We are looking for candidates with recent restaurant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing food, ensure cleanliness, and assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Help with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Weekly inventory and ordering
Requirements
- Recent experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
-ServSafe certification a plus, but not required to start.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- A passion for food service and commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
